I've worked in the events and street food industry for 11 years. Every season starts the same way: hours spent hunting through dozens of websites to find out which events take traders, when they run, and when applications close. Deadlines get missed and good events get forgotten.
Festival Checklist puts all of that in one place for free, to help other caterers, bars and street food traders find events and keep track of their applications. No adverts and no paywall. If it helps you, a donation keeps the server running.

Where the information comes from
Each event was checked against its official website on 27 October 2026. “Confirmed” dates were found on the organiser's site or in their announcement. “Expected” means the organiser hasn't announced next year's date yet, so we show when it usually runs. Trader pages, deadlines and fees are quoted from the organiser's own site.
Organisers change things, so always check the details with them before you apply or pay anything. Spotted a mistake? Let us know through Street Food Steve.
Privacy
Signing in stores your email address and the ticks and notes you save. That's all. It is never shared or sold, and no tracking cookies are used. Visitor numbers are counted without cookies. You can delete your account and everything in it from My checklist.
